HOW TO RETURN PART OR ENTIRE YOUR ORDER
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return any purchases within 15 days of receipt.
STEP 1
Using the attached return form, indicate the products you want to return and the reason for their return.
STEP 2
Send the Exchange & Return form with the products you want to return to the original packaging
STEP 3
For returns in Greece please call the General Post Office to arrange collection from your place with our charge.
For returns outside Greece the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
STEP 4
Once we receive the package, we will confirm its receipt in your email.
STEP 5
All approved refunds will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method used for the original purchase)
Return Policy
Refund
Once the return is checked approved by our team, you will receive an email about the returned products. We will refund your money as soon as possible. Please note:
• Refunds are always credited according to the payment method that has been used at the original purchase.
• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase.
• Refunds are always credited to the buyer’s account.
• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
• The time it takes to receive a refund depends on the selected payment method and credit card provider.
• If your purchase was made with a promotional coupon, you will only receive a refund for the amount paid – that is, the amount charged after the coupon was applied. Additionally, the promotional coupon will no longer be valid.
• If the purchase was made with an advertising coupon and is partially refunded, you will receive a refund proportionally reduced by the value of the coupon.
RETURNING TERMS
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without being worn, washed or processed and labeled.
• Goods must be returned in one package.
• Return shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery (General Post, ACS).
• We can only accept returns from the address to which an order was originally sent, for example, orders delivered to Athens must be returned from Athens. Otherwise, the return is, unfortunately, not free (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).

Using the attached Exchange & Return form, indicate which items you want to exchange and the reason for their exchange.
STEP 3
Attach and send the Exchange & Return form with the products you want to exchange in the original packaging.
STEP 4
Arrange pick-up with the same delivery service as the order (General Post, ACS).
STEP 5
Once we receive the package, we will confirm its receipt in your email.
STEP 6
The seized exchange product will be shipped immediately.
EXCHANGE TERMS
• We can only exchange non-defective products that are in their original condition, have not been worn, damaged or washed and still have all the labels attached.
• It is only possible to exchange the same item with a different size, color or with products of equal value with the original product.
• Note that you can only exchange a product once.
• Goods must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from an order shipped in installments.
